As indicated by the Great Resignation, there has been a shift in the way millions of people approach their careers. Because of the introduction of remote employment, societal aspirations and ideals are evolving away from the traditional 9-to-5 path. In this regard, Gen-Z (those born between 1997 and 2012) has a very favourable attitude toward business. According to a study by EY (Ernst & Young Global Limited) and JA Worldwide, 53% of Gen-Z’ers aspire to start their own business in the next 10 years. The percentage of people who have already started working has risen to 65 percent. In 2021, the United States Census Bureau received 3.4 million new business applications, the majority of which came from Gen-Z entrepreneurs.
